For example, every Saturday I send out a chock-filled ezine as a downloadable PDF that is often 10-12 pages long -- for FREE!

Now, we also use retargeting services and stats program like Google Analytics. That means we set cookies. This doesn't give me personal info about you but it DOES allow us to show you banner ads of products that I'm pretty darned sure you'll WANT to know about.

We also use Google Analytics for our stats tracking, and sometimes other services. This tells us what browser you use, how long you stay on the site, what links you click on. All that jazz.

And we use Live Person or similar services to show us who is on our site real time, what city they are in and what ip they are on.
